1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, company name (optional), the service you are interested in (optional), and the message you write.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server records standard technical data for each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the date and time of access. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this website.
3. Cookies
We set a single, strictly necessary session cookie when you use the contact form. It protects the form against forged submissions and spam, and it expires when you close your browser. It is not used to track you.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project with you.
- To send you an automatic confirmation that we received your message.
- To protect the website against spam, abuse, and security threats.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
5. Third-party services
Our contact form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. When you load the contact page, Turnstile checks technical signals from your browser (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to confirm you are a person, not a bot. It does not use tracking cookies. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.
Contact form messages are delivered by email through our hosting provider’s mail servers.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact unless the law requires otherwise. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU/UK GDPR, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- withdraw your consent or object to how we use it;
- raise a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security
This website is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however.
9. International transfers
We are based in India, and information you send us is processed in India. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and handled in India.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
